Complete Delivery Solution (CDS), a Care Services, LLC company, is pleased to announce its new delivery portal, TracRx, will replace its existing customer portal. Pharmacy delivery clients using the CDS portal will be transitioned to TracRx and be able to take advantage of the portal’s enhanced functionality.
TracRx allows our customers to easily schedule deliveries and provides visibility into the entire order process – from initial order placement to point-of-delivery signature.
Additional features of benefit to LTC pharmacies include:
- Ability to add new facilities directly in the portal and immediately see delivery charges
- A robust and flexible notification system that allows customers to set communication preferences (including text messaging) to keep individuals notified when medications are ready, picked up and delivered
- Enhanced reporting and analytics – down to a facility-level
- Industry-leading accuracy in backup pharmacy data (all pharmacy hours and fax numbers validated)
