The MedCallRx national pharmacy network is comprised of over 70,000 pharmacies, which includes all major retail chains, local independent pharmacies and specialized IV pharmacies.
During implementation, you simply need to provide us a list of the long–term care facilities you support and we will determine the best retail pharmacies in our network to utilize for emergency and after-hours situations. If you already have preferred pharmacies established, we will work with those pharmacies to transition prescription processing and billing to MedCallRx.
Our network allows you to expand your geographical reach with ability to provide first dosing, STAT medications and ongoing emergency and after-hours needs.

PROVIDING PEACE OF MIND
There are many advantages to having a large network support you. For instance, if your primary pharmacy location is experiencing a surge in business, we will help you move medication processing. This helps us to keep our promise to fill and deliver medications as quickly as possible.
In cases of natural disaster or other weather emergencies, we will support you by moving prescription processing to an alternate pharmacy location in your city or wherever your residents have been relocated. During these weather-related events, our team helps to coordinate prescription processing at operating pharmacies, providing your patients continued access to needed medications until normal operations resume.

CONSOLIDATED BILLING AND INVOICING
As part of our commitment to streamline program administration, we consolidate all pharmacy activity into a single invoice each billing cycle. Detailed invoices accompanied by comprehensive reports provide the appropriate level of detail to help you review program utilization. Reports are easy to read and are easily customized to your preferences. Additionally, reports can be downloaded to your preferred format.
POWERING YOUR SUCCESS
Our customer portal, TracRx, allows you to easily track medication orders through the process. We store your frequently used pharmacies and facilities in the system to expedite the order process.
Within the portal you can see when the prescription has been filled at the pharmacy, giving you complete transparency into the order process. The intuitive design makes it easy to navigate to the information you want without training or support.
With a comprehensive suite of reports, we provide you with detailed information about your program utilization and spending. Importantly, we use these reports to discuss opportunities to lower your costs and identify how best to utilize backup services.
