LTC pharmacy processes STAT request in dispensing system
With a push of a button, patient and prescription information is downloaded to TracRx – a dynamic enrollment process creates a unique member ID – and delivery is scheduled
LTC pharmacy faxes order to the retail pharmacy serving as backup
Courier picks up and delivers medication to LTC facility

Throughout the fulfillment process, TracRx provides real-time notifications, including when the prescription is filled, picked up and delivered. Proof of delivery signatures are also stored online.
