Working with MedCallRx to coordinate backup medications is easy: 

  • LTC pharmacy processes STAT request in dispensing system 
  • With a push of a button, patient and prescription information is downloaded to TracRx – a dynamic enrollment process creates a unique member ID – and delivery is scheduled 
  • LTC pharmacy faxes order to the retail pharmacy serving as backup 
  • Courier picks up and delivers medication to LTC facility 

Throughout the fulfillment process, TracRx provides real-time notifications, including when the prescription is filled, picked up and delivered. Proof of delivery signatures are also stored online.
