Employee Spotlight: Lisa Falck

Lisa Falck has worked in client-facing roles her entire professional career. As an extravert, she’s always enjoyed being around people, so it comes as no surprise that she says the best part of her job is working alongside a talented team and meeting with clients.

For more than 25 years, Lisa has interacted with clients to provide training, support, and other strategic account services to ensure program success.

“I’ve always chosen to work in client-facing roles because I love interacting with clients and providing solutions to make their workday easier. Being out in the field visiting clients is where I get the most enjoyment because I enjoy establishing personal relationships and building trust.”

– Lisa Falck, regional account manager, Care Services, LLC

While Lisa is relatively new to long-term care pharmacy, she is not new to healthcare, having spent the majority of her career in medical management. As a regional account manager, Lisa has the responsibility of supporting clients in her region to help them maximize the value of their backup pharmacy partner. She especially enjoys speaking to clients about their pharmacy’s growth goals and developing solutions to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and expand into new territories.

When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her 23-year-old son, who plays collegiate football at the University of Nebraska Lincoln as a wide receiver, and staying fit through cardio dance/Zumba so she can enjoy her favorite meal: tacos!
