Our delivery network covers 85% of the nation’s zip codes and we are continuously expanding. During implementation we always make sure that our courier network is ready to support every long-term care facility that you serve. All of our programs include multiple credentialed courier partners to most effectively provide medication delivery to each facility.

PROTECTING HEALTH INFORMATION
All of our courier partners operate in strict adherence with HIPAA guidelines and we collect proof of delivery signatures as part of our routine process. Our drivers are also familiar with the process of collecting hard scripts for controlled medications and recording the name of the receiver at the time of delivery.
As part of our service standard, we deliver medications within four hours of order placement; however, we routinely exceed our service level agreement to deliver prescriptions within two hours on orders within 35 miles.
