In 2016, Shannon Wilson Brown joined the Care Services family of companies as a senior research analyst in our Complete Delivery Solution division. The role was perfect for Shannon, combining her enjoyment of data analytics and corporate strategy to support a division that operates 24x7x365 to connect its vast driver network with its clients to support medication delivery.

Shannon has a natural curiosity which leads her to explore downstream processes and root cause analyses when needing to find an answer or solve a problem. This was one of the many reasons why Shannon naturally gravitated to account management.
With expertise in both pharmacy and delivery operations, Shannon is frequently the person colleagues and clients seek when they have a question or need support. They know they will not only get the answer but a warm smile and friendly conversation.
On a day-to-day basis, Shannon checks in with clients to offer support, fields in-bound questions, monitors program utilization, reviews reports, and prepares stewardship presentations.
Shannon is known for being an active listener with the ability to understand each client’s needs. She has helped clients reduce costs, improve efficiencies and grow into new territories.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University and her Master’s in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her well-loved fur baby.
