Care Services, LLC, the parent company of MedCallRx, InMedRx, GeriScriptRx, Complete Delivery Solution, and Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Xanthe Neal as our new vice president of account management for our backup pharmacy division.
In this role, Xanthe will be responsible for leading our backup pharmacy services account management team in delivering high-quality service to our customers.
“Xanthe is known for her ability to nurture and foster long-lasting client relationships through focusing on creating a positive client experience,” said Jay Palin, president of Care Services’ backup pharmacy division. “We’re looking forward to introducing her to our clients and to having her serve as the leader of our account management team.” Prior to Care Services, Xanthe served as vice president of the practice management office at Optum where she was responsible for successfully managing large-scale client programs. In her twelve-year tenure at Optum, she also served as vice president of product development and vice president of account management.
Previously, Xanthe served as manager of national accounts at Coventry Workers’ Compensation (previously Concentra) where she managed a divisional account management team. She began her career at IMR global as a corporate benefits and risk manager and also worked at Salomon SmithBarney.
