National Pharmacist Day is celebrated in the United States annually on January 12 and honors pharmacists across all specialties. Care Services now reserves this day for honoring our client pharmacists who support some of our nation’s most vulnerable patient population: the long-term care community.
Pharmacists’ role in patient care extends well beyond filling prescriptions, playing an important role in the broader health community.
In addition, according to the latest Gallup poll ranking professions for honesty and ethics, pharmacists rank 4th among the most trusted professionals in the United States.
