Care Services is pleased to announce that Shaun Haynam, an experienced client services professional, has joined our backup pharmacy team as senior director of business development. Shaun has over ten years of leadership and operational experience, as well as expertise in data analysis and process improvement, which he will leverage to help clients maximize profitability and efficiency. Shaun’s natural-born people skills and strong work ethic make him an ideal candidate for the role.
A graduate of The Citadel, Shaun commissioned into the United States Army and served our country passionately and humbly. In 2006, he transitioned into the corporate world where he has served in client-facing roles that enable him to leverage his communication skills, adaptability and outside the box thinking.
Prior to joining Care Services, Shaun spent more than ten years as vice president of client services at a national health services company based in Jacksonville, Florida. He is known for being open-minded and putting his clients and co-workers first.
“I’m excited to join the Care Services team and help our clients provide pharmacy services to the long-term care community,” said Shaun. “I’m quickly learning that the pharmacists we work with are some of the most engaging and brightest folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and it brings me a lot of joy to provide support to them every day.”
